We believe in our highest quality products so much that if you are not 100% satisfied with a purchased from our website, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of the purchase date with a (RTO#) in order to qualify for a refund of purchase price of product(s) returned. Furthermore all returning items must be less than 15% used to qualify for refund (because if you truly didn't like the product you wouldn't use more than 15%).

CrazySouq is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all correct information. CRAZYSOUQ is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders


International Shipping

You are responsible for taxes and laws imposed by your country. You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Failure to collect parcel from foreign postal administration is direct responsibility of the purchaser. Any returned package purchaser will be held responsible for shipping costs to and from final destination.


Returning an Item

·      All returning items must be less than 15% used to qualify for refund.

·      Pack the item/s securely in the package along with Order No.# written on a box or inside the box.

·      All return shipping charges for returns are refundable from CRAZYSOUQ, once we Receive the product we will transfer the money to customers account.

·      For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
